Opening Day is the most anticipated day of the year, the start of a new Little League Season and America’s favorite game-BASEBALL! Come watch the youngest player in our league throw out the first ball of the season, a retired San Francisco Giant speaker, City Officials and Recognition of our fantastic sponsors.
We want our players to enjoy this day, to always strive for the best and have FUN this season. We will have activities for all our players and their families to take part in throughout the day including the following:
$4.00 Obstacle Course
$5.00 Bubble Bumpers
$15.00 wristband for both All Day
We will also have BRAND NEW Spirit Wear for Sale during the ceremonies. The Spirit Wear Merchandise Flyer is also posted on the website.
Opening day is filled with lots of enthusiasm and excitement for players, family and our community. While last on the list, but first in our thoughts, thank you to all parents who volunteer their time to help make our league possible. LET'S PLAY BALL!
EAST FULLERTON LITTLE LEAGUE is inviting all teens who are interested in working the snack bar this season to a training on February 25 and March 4. Call and schedule two, 2-hour shift trainings and start making money! It is important that you attend training so that our snack bar is well run, safe and consistently staffed.
We also welcome teen volunteers who are in need of Community Service Hours to work in the snack bar as well. Teenagers, please tell your friends at School this is a fun and easy way to complete your community service hours.
Please call Gail and schedule your training and let’s have fun working together this baseball season! Gail M. (714) 986-4030
Schedules are out. Navigate to you teams page to view your teams schedule.
On Saturday, February 11th, Fence/Field Day begins! Each team is required to have two adults come out to lend a hand getting our fences set up for the season. Many hands do make light work and the more hands we have to help out, the quicker the job is completed. Please let your coaches or team parent know if you are planning to join us on Saturday from 9am-1pm. We want to make sure your teams are accounted for on work day.
We will also be hosting a Scorekeepers Clinic for anyone who is looking to learn how to keep score or refresh their skills for our games. This training will be held at Wilshire Avenue Church, on Monday, February 13th at 6:30pm. We are excited to see you all there.
Make sure to check the EFLL Calendar for updates on dates and times for upcoming events.
If you have a player League age 9 and under, and you have not received a call or email from your coach, we invite you to join us at Ladera Vista Junior High school on this Thursday, February 2nd at 7pm. Here you will be meeting your coaches, selecting your team parent, and picking up uniforms for your players.
You are welcome to bring your players to the meeting, but this is not mandatory. We look forward to seeing you there!
